He first worked in Wuxi Power Engineering Co., Ltd. from 1986 to 1996, and then worked in Wuxi Holset Engineering Co., Ltd. since 1996, working as the senior engineer and then being the product and test manager. He was long-time taking responsiblity for the structure analysis and testing with the compete turbochargers of the other companies(Garrett, KKK, etc). For this reason, he knew very well about the features and performances of many kinds of turbochargers. Therefore, strict quality control is our advantage.Our engineers are very experienced in the whole production procedures, including product design, manufacture and test. In 2010, he established up Jack turbo.
